BIODARA BODY EXFOLIATING MITT
Our specially woven exfoliating mitt is designed to gently but thoroughly slough dead skin and cleanse your body without using any soap or cleanser.
How to use:
1. Soak body in warm bath or shower to soften skin
2. Step out of the water
3. Rinse and wring mitt with warm water
(Both skin and mitt should be moist, not soaking wet)
4. Use up and down motion to scrub your body and limbs
*(Dead skin will start to lift and roll--keep scrubbing without rinsing until finished)5. Rinse with warm water. I like to apply a little Luminous Oil onto my skin while still moist

Tips:
*Do not use any with soap or shampoo, the specially woven fabric is designed to exfoliate skin
*Hand wash with soap and warm water and hang to dry
